A Tentative schedule

To aid in your planning, below is a summary of our current ideas on what the weekend events will be. These are mostly tentative and we still have many details to iron out! But, it's a start. I hope it helps.

Saturday, July 1

6:00-9:00pm: meet us for drinks/dinner at Pagliacci Pizza on Capitol Hill.
1401 East Madison

Sunday, July 2
Alki Beach, West Seattle

morning - church, time and place TBD

12:00-1:30pm rehearsal at Alki Beach Bath House
2:30 rehearsal brunch to follow. (in the Bath House)
Basically we see Sunday as a day to play on the beach. Everyone is invited to join us for a healthy meal catered by Herban Feast at the Bath House. Following that will be game time, so bring your boggle or your frisbee. Anything goes! This will be a great time for us to get a chance to visit with everyone and I am really looking forward to it.
7:00-9:00pm Sunset Kayaking Tour

You can easily drive to West Seattle from downtown, or if you plan to travel the Sean/ Julie way, take the water taxi across the bay. Water taxis leave Pier 55 approximately every 30 minutes and take you to the beachfront. From there you will either walk along the waterfront (about a mile or so) or catch a bus to the bath house.

Monday, July 3
Kiana Lodge
5:30pm Ceremony
6:00pm cocktails
6:30pm dinner
8:00- 11:00pm - cake and dancing
Most people will arrive via a 35-minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle. Shuttles will be available as you exit the ferry and will take you directly to the Lodge. There is also shuttle service to return you to the ferry. You may also drive your car onto the ferry. For those interested in staying nearby that night, the casino hotel is about a mile down the road. There will be shuttle service to the hotel as well.

Tuesday, July 4
TBD
We are open for suggestions here. I would like to figure out a fun day to spend with everyone that is sticking around to celebrate the 4th of July in Seattle. It may be nice to hang out at a park that day. Seattle has fireworks over Elliot Bay and Lake Union. Probably elsewhere too but I'll have to look into it further. Please leave your comments!
Wednesday, July 5
TBD

Sean and I will leave for Thailand on Friday.
